Q: What quality do you have ? How do you differentiates it ?
A: We have A, AA, 3A, 4A, 5A and AAAAA+ quality, among these AAAAA+ are best quality in the market, 3A is most hot sale, A is lowest.

A: If you think the bulk order quality is different from samples, please provide the certificate from independent third-party testing agency. If it`s true, we will refund you payment or replacement .

A: We have MOQ from 1 pcs -1000pcs according to different product.
1mm-3mm 1000pcs/size/color/shape, 4mm-10mm 200pcs/size, 11mm-30mm 50 pcs/size, 30mm and above 1 pcs -10 pcs /size.
Q: Can you provide free samples?
A: Free samples are available for existing gemstone, and can be sent within 48 hours. Only need to pay the delivery fee. UPS account can be freight collect.
But free samples are not available for the OEM gemstone. After you place the order, samples cost would be returned.
Q: How about the shipping time ?
A: For stock gemstone, ship within 2 days, some can be shipped the day; customized and irregular gemstone, production time 15-20 days .
