A: We understand that will need time to know each other as a start, so there is no MOQ for us, welcome to test our quality for small quantity for any customer.

A: Yes, samples is free,customer just need to pay the shpping cost, 

for customzied samples, we need to charge a little material cost, but it will be refundable when customer place an order.

A: we will check all toys before shipped out, but if you still receive any unquality products, pls take a photo to us to confirm, then, we will check the reason, for small quantity, you can just leave it aside,and we will make up more or give som discount in the next order.
