Open Mould Process
Step 1	Information Collection 1. Client provide sketch or original outsoles. 2. Tell us what last you want or provide a shoes last; and material of soles you need. 3. Tell us estimated order quantity.
Step 2	Provide reliable and cost-effective solutions. 1. how many accessories or crafts will be on soles. 2. Estimated cost of samples mould and series moulds. 3. Clients pay the deposit, we start to work.
Step 3	2D and 3D drawing.	3-5 Days
Step 4	Making resin/wooden mould to our clients. For soles need combination, we can provide 3D printing moulds.	2-3 Days
Step 5	Ship wooden mould to clients for checking. If there is something need be adjusted, we can do.
Step 6	Confirmed wooden mould, open real steel/ aluminium mould. Testing mould condition and make samples.	5-10 Days
Step 7	Open full size moulds.	10-20 Days
Step 8	Make full size of samples to clients. Preparing for mass production.	5-10 Days

FAQ
Size	Different country have different size standard and length difference. Clients can ship your last to us or provide last digital profiles. If not, let us know what you need, we will give you our suggestion.
Material	It is very important for step 1. Different materials of soles need different kinds of moulds, even EVA soles, we have 2 kinds of mould and methods to produces.
Price	We will give you exactly mould price before we get to start. We only can provide to you a rough price per pairs before samples come out.
Colors & Craft	We can do any colors you want. For details, please read below "Soft OEM Service".

XXZ-20126 have 3 parts: EVA part, rubber part and TPU part. So we need to open 3 moulds for samples.

In order to make sure size assortment accuracy, we can provide to you series soles (1 pairs of soles each size).

Our soles' length is based on French Size Standard.

Deviation of size chart is ±2 mm.

Based on years of experience, we develop an universal soles shape, which is good to fit sneakers.

Most of our soles are using this last shape. So first time may take time to confirm, but you will save much time in further procurement.

Below is our standard package. For customization, please contact with sales.

Our cartons' specification is: 65CM *42CM* 32CM.

Size & Quantity will label on carton.

5-10 pairs/ plastic bag

40 Pairs/ Carton; More or less, it is depending on soles' size.

Q: What's the average lead time? A: It is depending on order quantity. Generally, 20-30 days is enough to produce. If you have urgen order, please discuss with sale managers, who will give you an solution.
Q: What's payment term of transaction? A: T/T and L/C at sight are both acceptable. 30% deposit in advance, balance deposit before shipment.
Q: How can I have samples? A: We are willing provide free samples to you, because we hope our customers can feel our quality by yourselves. Generally, free sample size #37 or #41. If you wanna customized size, colors, and craft, we will charge some fee.
Q: Can I visit your factory? A: Sure. We are welcome our clients to visit our factory. We hope our clients can feel our passion for shoes, see our professional work, and build long term cooperation with us.
