Features of catalytic converter ceramic substrates:
- Main raw material: cordierite ceramic and is the key component of three-way catalytic converter.
- High temperature resistance;
- High mechanical strength;
- 100cpsi, 200cpsi, 300cpsi, 400cpsi, 600cpsi;
- Shape can be round, racetrack, oval, square based on request;
Application of catalytic converter ceramic substrates:
- Substrate for gasoline / petrol fuel engine exhausting system
- Substrate for diesel fuel engine exhausing system
- Subatrate for air filtering;
- Substrate coated with precious metal (palladium, platinum and rhodium) to make catalytic converter. It removes harmful chemicals of automobile exhaust purification system, such as HC, CO, NOX. It can meet Euro 1, Euro 2, Euro 3, Euro 4 and Euro 5 standard.
