Product Description
The two main types of coffee (Robusta and Arabica) are produced in the country but Robusta accounts for 97% of total production. Total areas covered by coffee farming are estimated at 600,000 hectars, with the main coffee provices situated in the Central Highlands, including Dak Lak, Lam Dong, Dak Nong, Gia Lai, and Kon Tum. Vietnam’s coffee is grown in the regions at between 500 to 1,200 meters above sea level, so that its coffee flavour has a sweet smell. This was approved at the First International Roasted Ground Coffee contest held in Paris in 2015 by the Agency for Valorization of Agricultural Products and the Improvement Agriculture Products Value
