Material and production inspection: Our Q/C will check all production procedures, and the production report will be issued and sent to you.The shipping advice will be sent to the customer along with the loading photos.
Q2. Can your factory print or emboss my logo on the mat?
Yes, for the purpose of patent protection, we can print or emboss a logo on the ear cushion or headband, and a power of attorney (authorization letter) should be provided for the logo. We usually produce products based on customers' samples or customers' pictures, logos, sizes, etc.
Q3. How can I get some samples?
We are honored to provide you with samples of regular models for free, new customers need to pay for express delivery; some special requirements will be charged. After the large order is confirmed, all premium sample fees can be refunded.
