*Sample making, Lab dip& strike off submission for buyer evaluation. If the quality is approved then buyer place the order.
*Buyer send official order. Then we begin to prepare bulk material once deposit received.
*Material purchasing and preparation(greige,dying,tirms manufacture so on)
*Pre-production sample submission for buyer approval.
*Bulk fabric cutting, sewing, packing.
*Deliver to your forwarder warehouse.

Q2:What's your sample policy?
Once we have initial understanding on your company annual purchasing quantity and payment terms, we can build an initial cooperation with customer, offering basic costing upon receipt of tech pack or design specification, once costing is accepted, we can action to make sample, sample lead time would be 7-10 days.
Q3: Do you inspect the finished products?
Yes, strict AQL inspection is necessary.
Since there are eight production lines, we have one QC per line to inspect goods when they are produced in line.
And we have 8 more QC to inspect trimming, ironing, packing, etc.
