Q: What is your min. order quantity?

A: Usually for pool floats, our min. order quantity is 10 pieces.

Q: Could you send me product samples before I place an order?

A: Sure, samples first to test the quality is no problem, but in our company, we don't provide free samples, but we could return back the sample fee after you place an order according to the quantity we agreed.

Q: What is your best price?

A: Because different quantity has different price, so please tell us the quantity you want, if you wnat to place a mix order, also tell us please, then we could take these into consideration and offer you the best price.

Q: Do you have color box for these kind of products?

A: Normally we will pack each product into per opp bag, then several pieces per carton. For stock products, we have white boxes, but will cost extra charge, photos could be sent for reference if needed. And for color box, there will be quantity requests.

Q: Can you print my logo on the products?

A: Sure, please tell us more details information about the logo, including the size, colors, position, quantity and so on.

Q: Can we make our own design?

A: Yes, please send us sketches or pictures with all the details of your requirements.

Q: Do you have any warranty for your products? How can I do in case it get damaged?

A: All our products are strictly tested from the material incoming to shipment and the quality are reliable. However, for oversea orders, as it’s not convenient to return the damaged products, we provide free repairing kit for customers’ repairing purpose. Normally, the repairing work is very easy.

Q: What’s the lead time?

A: The lead time depends on the quantity and the time that you place the order. Usually, for stock products, we could ship out the goods within 3-5 working days after payment received.
