1. How can i get a quotation?
--Kindly provide us your details request(style, logo, size, color, quantity, etc), leave us an inquiry or email and we will response promptly!
2. What is your MOQ? Can I mix up designs to meet the minimum quantity?
--Our MOQ is 50pcs for EACH design. New customers can start with 10 pcs to check the quality.
3. Do you offer samples before mass production?
--Yes, we offer pre-production samples with only a mold charge. Sampling takes approximately 7-10 days and mass production another 10-15 business days. Please allow enough time for production.
4. Do you do custom designs? And will I receive an art proof before production?
--Yes, we will send you a proof in 1-3 workdays after receiving your order. Production begins only after we get your approval of the artwork.
5. What is your production lead time?
--Our production lead time is usually around 7-15 workdays(depending on the products) after receiving payment and your artwork approval.
6. Do you offer a quality guarantee?
