Application
Typical application is well suited for insulation potting of most low-voltage electronic components, circuit boards and electronic modules, such as capacitors, controllers, relays, negative ion generators, etc.
Instructions
1 Preparation: Remove the surface oil, dust and other debris, can be polished to increase adhesion, and the effect is better.
2 Adjust glue: According to the dosage, weigh the components A and B according to the weight ratio
A:B = 5:1, fully stirring before mix them, and then mix A and B evenly to make them a uniform color.
3 Gluing: Scrape the glue on it and compact it hard to eliminate the gaps and pores in the glue layer.
4 Curing: It can be fully cured in 1 day at room temperature, and can be heated appropriately (Recommend Heating temperature is 60-80 for 2-3 hours). The best mechanical properties can be achieved after fully cured.
5 Placement: The unused A or B plastic bucket should be covered in time to seal the air and dust. If there is lamination, use agitator 6. The above reaction is exothermic, and attention should be paid to the glue. It can be used after stirring evenly without affecting product performance.
1) The more the configuration, the faster the curing reaction speed.
2) The higher the ambient temperature, the faster the curing reaction speed, on the contrary, the lower the ambient temperature, the slower the curing speed.
3) To achieve the best performance, it must be prepared in strict accordance with the specified ratio.
Keep away from children. If you accidentally touch the skin, wipe it with a cloth and rinse with water before curing. If you accidentally contact your eyes, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention.
