 Failure 1, The host cannot detect USB ink-jet printers.
(1) Make sure the cable between the printer and the host computer is connected well.
(3) Connected the printer to the computer and install the printer driver, test the printer is normal
or not. That time need to remove the color cartridge, only keep the black print cartridge (facing
the printer, the first cartridge is color cartridges, the second cartridge is black and white
cartridge). The instrument only supports black and white cartridge.
(4) If the printer is tested normal , do as the follow steps:
 Turn off the instrument, turn off the printer and unplug the printer's USB cord.
Turn on the instrument, click on "TEST" to enter the test interface, then the interface shows
“ ” icon.
Turn on the printer, waiting for the printer self test , when is completed, put the USB plug into
the instrument, if the printer icon turn into “ ” , and you can print.
Put a blank piece of A4 paper to print see whether it is clear.
(5) Try to replace the cable.
(1)Check whether the ink runs out.
(3)Please replace the printer cartridge.
Failure 3, the printer jams.
Analysis and processing:
Turn off the printer, and slowly pull out the paper, if some remain in the printer, open the printer
cover, remove all of the printing paper debris.
