 - 1- 7days for samples make,Production around 1-3 weeks after confirmation of payment.

-  For the small order, we sent them by express, normally via FedEx, the other commercial express also workable,  and for the big order, we will send them by sea. All of them are door to door services, however without including importing tax.

- you can mix an order, we suggest they are less than three items so that we can ship them  quickly, and each color can't less than 5pcs, or the whole order will be taken as the less priority to handle.

Shenzhen China /Hefei China / Haiphong Vietnam

For the order from China, they will be sent out from Shenzhen warehouse, and the order from Vietnam, they will be sent from Haiphong warehouse.

Shipping

1. FedEx are the default Free Shipping Methods. Tracking Number is available once shipped out. 

2. International shipping may be influenced by holidays, events and other uncertainties. 

During the China holidays time like CNY Festival, National Day and so on, the shipment might  be slightly delayed, please take the time into consideration before placing the order. 

a.Over 21kgs, we probably will send FedEx IE, less than it, the extra $45.00 shipping costs might be requested. 

b.If  an order in very large qty, we can offer door to door by sea shipping services, the shipping time by sea is around 28-35 days,however it could save a lot on shipping costs, for details, please check with our customer services.

Payment & Duties

1.We accept paid on aliexpress, PayPal, T/T as payment methods. 

2. Please make the payment in 2 days after you placed the order, or the products you ordered      might be out of stock. 

3. The custom duties, local taxes and charges shall not be included in the items prices or shipping fees. But we shall freely offer the buyers needed documents for help. If there is any cost, the buyers shall bear it.

MOQ & Delivery date 

1. If your order value is not less than USD375.00 (to US), you will get free shipping via FedEx. We take it as MOQ order amount, or USD45.00 is requested to get the free shipping services.

2. If you mix  more than 3 items  and each color less than 5pcs per color, or we might refuse the order. Please confirm that in advance before placing the order.

2. After you get your items in 15 days, if dissatisfied, please Email us with photos, and we will solve them within 24 hours, after confirmation, we will refund or replace them in the next shipment. Over the requested date, we might not be responsible for it if not damaged or broken etc.
