1.What is your MOQ?
--- Usually our MOQ(with white box/neutral color box) is 1,000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order.Please feel free to tell us which item and how many pcs you need, we will calculate the cost and quote you accordingly.
2.How can I get a sample?
--- We usually provide customer existing stock sample with free charge.And if you need sample in your OEM color and print, we will charge you some cost based on the real cost happening, and the charge will be refundable upon order placed.We usually suggest our customers to place the sample orders through Alibaba Trade Assurance .
3.What is the lead time for samples?
--- For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days.If you need sample with your own design, it takes 7 days normally.
4.What is the lead time for mass produce?
---It depends on the volume of the order.About 30 days normally based on the MOQ QTY.
However，Most Online wholesales orders we ship within 10 days after we receive payment.
5.What is your payment term?
* For normal orders:30% deposit after order signed and 70% balance against the copy of B/L.
* For small orders: 30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T balance paid before shipment.
