It is obtained through two integrated systems: a traditional slow natural fermentation system in large wooden vats on vine shoots ("Trucciolo" system) and a more modern system with rapid fermentation in steel tanks (Frings method). Thanks to an accurate certified supply chain control with two proprietary vinegar factories, only the best qualities of vinegar are selected and bottled.



A modern plant powered by an in-line PET preform blow molding machine guarantees an annual production capacity of over 15 million bottles: large numbers, for a quality that takes care of every detail.
