1.Properties:
BaTiO3 is white powder, soluble in concentrated sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid, insoluble in dilute nitric acid, water nor alkali, barium titanate is an important ferroelectric when temperature under 120°c, have stable electric hysteresis and remarkable piezoelectric properties.
