White Single Sided 900mm width Medium Duty Gondola with 450mm Base Shelf
Supermarket shelves are composed of three parts: pillars, back panels and laminates. The column is made of high-quality steel sheet cold-rolled and punched by a lathe. The common hole type is double-row holes. The back plate is made of C-shaped steel, with pendants welded at both ends, also called column cards, which are used to connect the columns. It is welded, and three to four reinforcing ribs are welded below. The height of the laminate can be freely adjusted in multiples of 50mm.
1. Supermarket shelf uprights: made of equal-sided angle steel with two-sided punching, the distance of the holes is arranged along a straight line at a distance of 50mm, and the uprights are used for hanging laminates;
2. Supermarket shelf steel laminates: cold rolled steel plates are used to bend the four sides of the required size.
3. The post and the steel layer board are connected and fixed by a quick buckle and a triangular fixing plate.
4. All parts of the supermarket shelves are processed and shaped after grinding> Pickling and phosphating> Full-automatic powder electrostatic spraying> Drying and other processes to assemble finished products. The finished shelf product has a smooth and beautiful surface; the shelves can be adjusted up and down arbitrarily, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly.
