The raw material of White Corundum/White Fused Alumina is high-purity and low-sodium alumina powder. The alumina powder is melted, cooled and crystallized at a high temperature to form a block, then crushed and shaped, magnetically separated to remove iron and sieved. The whole production process strictly controls the particle size distribution and maintains the consistency of appearance.The finished product of White Corundum/White Fused Alumina has dense texture, high hardness, and the grains form sharp angles. It is suitable for sandblasting, polishing, grinding, manufacturing ceramics, resin-consolidated abrasive tools, spraying materials, chemical catalyst carriers, etc. It can be used especially in occasions that require no iron pollution. And it can also be used to make high-grade refractory materials.
