1. What is your MOQ ?
Usually our MOQ is 2,000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculatethe cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.
2. How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. If you want your owndesigns, it takes 5-7 days,
subject to your designs whether they need newprinting screen, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
3. How long is the production lead time?
We can provide Ready-to-ship products. Delivery within 10 days.
And our lead time of customized product is about 30days.
4. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer in house . So you can provide JPG, AI,cdr or PDF,etc.We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your finalconfirmation based on technique.
5. How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we willrecommend some popular colors to you.
6. Which kinds of certificate would you have?

7. What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposite after order signed and 70% againstcopy of B/L.
