2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?

A: 1. We can send you our stock sample for free, freight collect or freight prepaid. 

     2. We are willing to make samples for you. The sample fee is required. It is around USD50.00

         to 100.00/PC, according to how complicated the sample is.

3. How long will take to get the sample?

A: Making Samples need 5-7days. Usually, the sample shipping time will be one week.

4. What is your MOQ?
A: In general, the MOQ is between 500-1500pcs. It is based on the style of umbrella you ordered.

5. Can I print our LOGO or slogan on umbrellas?

A: Yes, of course.

6. What kind of files do you accept for printing?

A: Please send us the LOGO design with AI, PSD, CDR, PDF format. If you don’t have the design file, you can just send us the high resolution JPG LOGO picture. We will make the logo design for you to confirm.

 7. Can you do umbrella design for us? 

A: Yes. We have a professional design team. Just tell us your ideas and we will carry out your ideas into a perfect display.

8. How long is the lead time for mass production? 

A: The leading time will be 45days -60days after all details confirmed and received deposit.

9.  What payment terms your factory accept?
A: we accept most of the payment methods, but mainly accept T/T, L/C at sight, Western Union and PayPal. 

10. How can I visit your factory?

A: It’s our pleasure to have you visit our factory. Our factory is located in the Tongan District, Xiamen, China. The traffic is very convenient. Please let us know your trip schedule. We will pick you up from hotel, train station or airport.
