Air- flow type wood charcoal carbonization furnace
Not only have the shortest carbonization time, but also have the smoking purification systerm can collect the wood tar oil and the exhaust gas, After processed, the gas can be used recycling fuel, you can used the gas produced by wood.the working principle of the wood charcoal carbonization furnace is dry distillation,the temperature of the carbonization chamber can be controlled and adjusted, the highest temperature can be 800-1000 ℃.
The fuel can be wood, charcoal,coal, natural gas or diesel,for wood 30-50kg/4-5 hours, if coal about 20-30kg/4-5 hours,natural gas and diesel can be used.we can provide the other four inner pots.
It can achieve carbonization continuously,after first batch carbonization, you can take out the inner pots to cool them, then put the other four pots inside, start the next batch, so you can carbonization 4 batch 24 hours.
Hoist type carbonization stove
The inner pot can be hanged outside which saves the cooling time , so the productivity increases a lot.It is the ideal choice for mass production.This type of furnace adopts the structure of unique air storage chamber, to fully reuse the smoke produced during the process of carbonization. 80% of the redundant smoke can be used in drying and carbonization which saves energy and increases the enterprise revenue.
