One of our main products is efficient intelligient environmental flux-cored welding wire producing line. It has three advantages comparing with the traditional flux-cored welding wire producing equipments.
Firstly, It’s efficient. The producing efficiency of forming machine has improved from 12 tons/day to 20 tons/day, which means the annual output will be about 5000 tons. Its technology has been innovated. Such as: the steel belt is wider and thicker, forming process is faster, and it adopts the larger coil of steel belt. All of these make the producing more efficient.
Secondly, it’s intelligient. The operation is simple and the machine can be set on automatic cruise. The main operation parameter that is follwed and recorded in the whole process can be controlled accurately and be showed online. It improves traceability.
Lastly, it’s environmental. The continuous producing, automatic controlling, sealing and dedusting can controll the concentration of flux and dust. Otherwise, the direct drive motor can make reduction of noise and cooling.
