Welding Positioner MAK-70N with 70 Kg Load Capacity

 Welding positioner MAK-70N with 70 Kg (154,33 lbs) load capacity is designed for holding and positioning of workpieces during welding.
Rotation and tilting is performed by the gear motor of the Russian origin, providing the stepless adjustment and stable rotation speed. Tilting of the faceplate is carried out manually with the help of the clamping lever. A sliding contact (copper-bronze) with a load of 500 A is used to connect the ground cable. All electrical parts are located inside the welding positioner.

Standard features include:

• durable welded frame, which ensures the workpiece stable rotation condition without elastic vibration given its different weight and configuration;
• motorized rotation and tilting (on request) of the faceplate in a wide speed range;  
• faceplate with 6 T-slots is suitable for the installation of various types of chucks or special fixtures into which a welded component can be placed and fixed;
• working modes: 2T and 4T;
• change of rotation direction;
• rotation of the faceplate at the inoperative (maximum) speed for quick installation of the workpiece;
• LED indication of the faceplate rotational speed (in rpm);
• stop/start rotation control with the foot switch.
