Tydax Fitness Log Bar 8.5" diameter barrel was built tough for Strongman Beasts. The log features loadable sleeves and 1 1/4" diameter neutral hand grips, centered in the log and spaced 2' 1". The neutral grips lower the stress on your shoulders as you press.
The log portion itself is 39” long.
The bar has a loadable sleeve that measures 11 3/4" long.
