A:Life span of the aluminium is 15-20 years,PVC fabric is 5-6 years.Good discount will be given you to get a new fabric from us after 5-6 years.

A: We will provide the manual and video for you to study.If you need,we can send a technician to help you in your country.
Q4:How to choose the size of tent?
A: The size depends on how many people you want to stand,sit or have dinner in this tent.And the size also depends on the land space you will put up this tent.Normally,we advise 1-1.5sq.m/person.
Q5:What is the warranty and safety of your tents?
A: Our tent is made by European standards and we own the CE/SGS quality management system certificate.Besides,we can design your tents with the emergency door and exit & panic lights to make sure the safety when have an emergency situation.
Q6:What accessories does your tent have?
A: Lining curtains (you can choose different colors), PVC Clear Windows (FREE), Expansion Screw (FREE), steel nails, weight plate, Flooring system (wooden floor), glass wall/door system (single door or double wing door), air conditioning System, rain gutter (provided according to your needs), carpet (different colors can be selected), decorative lighting, table (round table or rectangular table for 8-10 people), Chairs, Sidewall Option.
