A: Our factory is located in Hangzhou City, About 50 mins distance by bus from XiaoShan Airport.

Q5: Why the label not shows the color & content after printing?
A:Confirm your printer is inkjet printer (require ribbon to print) or thermal printer (heat sensitive),you can advise us yourprinter brand and item then choose the suitable material.
Q6: Why is the content that I print looks not clear & fuzzy?
A:Use alcohol prep pad to wipe the printer head & the dust inside of machine first.
Q7: What about the lead time?
A:Sample need 3~5 days,mass production need 30days after deposit receipt.
Q8: Do you have any MOQ limit for this order?

Q9: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive?
A: We usually ship sample by DHL,UPS,Fedex,it usually takes 3~5 days to arrive; Airline,Train,Sea shipping for mass prodcution,around 30days.
