A: User can login the web gps tracking software and Phone IOS/Android Tracking APP to monitor their vehicle or pets or kids respectively at real time.
Q: Can I have admin account at the gps tracking system and any monthly cost?
A: We shall offer you admin account so you can create subaccount. No monthly or yearly subscription charge for long term business.
Q: How much data is needed per month?
A: Per real test, a month 30 Mb GPRS data plan is enough. For voice recording device, it may need more depending on the frequency of voice message.
Q: Do you offer branded service?
A: YES.
Software: We can support clients with customized URL. Need yearly order above 1000 units.
Hardware. We offer logo printing on both GPS tracking device and Packing box. MOQ is 200 pcs.
Q: How do you support me and what is the warranty?
A: We offer real time support by Phone, Email and Whatsapp. 24 months warranty available.
Q: Can the GPS tracking device work in my country?
A: Except USA, Australia, Canada, Singapore, Japan, Korea, which need 3G or 4G GPS locator, almost all the rest countries still support 2G internet and use 2G GPS tracking system.
