Biology ceramic particle filter (also called bio ceramic granule filter) is a new type of water treatment filtration material, it is a reddish-brown of irregular sphericalparticles. Its uniform particle size, the surface of hard, internal rich micropores, large surface area, high porosity, corrosion resistance and not easy to compact, with a strong adsorption effect.
1. Appropriate density, high mechanical strength, good biological and chemical stability;
2. Large specific surface, strong pollutant entrapment, easy-clinging high-efficient biology film.
3. Lower loss of the pressure head, longer filtration cycle and smaller water consumption of reverse washing.
4. Unaffected by flow rate or pollution loading variations, low temperature resistance and quick start-up.
Biology ceramic particle filter not only improve the filtration efficiency and reduce the cost, but also have high effect of de-nitrogen, de-ammonia, de-phosphor as to 99%, it is ideal replacement for quartz sand and anthracite.
Biology ceramic particle filter is used in waste -water secondary treatment through Bio-chemical method for the biology carrier as the pre-treatment of lightly pollutant headwater and meet the requirements of BAF as well.
