N40 have high density,it belongs to the middle-high temperature cross-linking water based acrylic emulsion,do not contain APEOs,Phthalate,base on the N40 binder of water based ink,the content of formaldehyde on the printed fabric is lower 20ppm. Have the features of good washing test, transparency film, brightness color etc.;It can match use with different kinds of thickener and emulsifier, suitable for high request of hands feeling and properties on cotton fabric.

What is Screen Printing?
Screen printing is a method of decorating custom apparel using inks, which are passed through a mesh screen to achieve your design. The way it works is simple; a logo/design is exposed onto the screen, washed out, set-up on our press, and using a squeegee-type blade the ink is passed through the screen onto thefabrics.
