Water activated pu resin cured fiberglass armored cast tape 5x150cm

Armor-Wrap is used in emergency repair and protection of pipelines which carry water, gas and chemicals in civil and military industrial use. It has played an important role in the fields of power supply, chemicals transportation, marine and communication engineering by reducing losses caused by pipeline leaking or damage, and has become the necessary part in emergency repair and pipeline maintenance. Application Instruction:

1. Clean the repair area with sand paper.

2. Wear protective gloves .

3. Remove the roller of the tape from the vacuum bag and immerse it in water at room temperature for 2-5seconds..

4. Press the tape roller out of excess water.

5. Start wrapping the roll around area of needed repair.To repair a broken part apply at least 6wraps over the break and at least 2-4inches of support on both sides of break.

6. Wrap the metallic strip carefully around the wrap to secure and tighten the layers. Once wrap is hardened you can remove it .Or it may be left in place.
