1)Q:Are you a factory or trading company?

R:We are the factory in Taian Shandong province, our headquarter office is in Shanghai ,sales department&orders management is well controlled in Shanghai, more convenient to visit customers meanwhile.

Factory visit or audit in Taian is warmly welcome.

2)Q:Where is the cargo's loading port?

 R:Qingdao is the first option, it is the nearest port from our factory in Taian Shanghai, Ningbo port is workable too, please request in advance when giving enquiry.

3)Q:What's the production leading time?

 R:Usually first order need more communication to work on quality, artworks, trade mode, logistic, the lead time is 50-60 days. Replenishment order need 30-45 days only.

4)Q:What's your MOQ?

R: For twisted ropes, the MOQ is 500kgs/item/color;

 For regular color braided rope, MOQ is 1000-3000pcs, customized color need MOQ:500kgs/color.

5)Q:What's the payment term?

 R:30% deposit, balance against of scan shipping docs. Both of the T/T, alibaba assurance trade is workable.

6)Q:How do you pack your product?How to do with customer's design?

 R:We can pack rope in hank, tube, spool, ball, winded on plastic reel or holders, package pictures are available. Customer's design always be printed on label sleeve, we wind the label on rope product, some shrunk.

7)Q:How to get samples?

R:We can provide braided rope sample in regular color freely, twisted rope or special color braided rope, need further check with us; Customers afford for the express during cooperation developing period.
