Corrugated paper machine, the net paper width is 3200mm, mainly used to produce corrugated paper. It is mainly divided into the following parts: headbox, fourdrinier part, press part, front drying part, included column surface sizing machine, back drying part, calender part and reeling part.
Wire section
Comprised of wire frame,walking board,white water pan,forming plate,drainage foil,
vacuum drainage foil,wet suction box,suction box,breast roller support and lifter,vacuum
couch roller,wire-driving roller,wire-leading roller,compound roller,scraper,spray tube,
slitter edge tail cutter,wire tension unit,guide and starch applicator,etc.longish wire is
polyester forming wire and replaced in cantilever method.Jack is at the operating side,
use jack which is applicable to load.
Basic configuration can ensure making capacity of wires complying with product basis weight
range, adjust dehydration capacity of wires,even and uniform dryness of wet paper.
Dehydration units in wire section
Dehydration units are configured according to max. basis weight and pulp type of the product,
can ensure paper-making capacity. When the basis weight of paper-making changes,can adjust vacuum degree of vacuum dehydration units to ensure paper dryness.According to vacuum degree from low to high,configure that forming plate,drainage foil,vacuum drainage foil,low-vacuum wet suction box, high vacuum suction box. Dehydrating units touching with wire surface is made of ceramic, front part of wiper blade is flat and straight. Box body is made of stainless steel.Each vacuum suction box is equipped with steam/water separator and connection with vacuum main tube.
Dryer section
The dryer are driven by closed gear box,all the bearings of dryer cylinders and the felt roll and bearing are lubricated by centrol thin oil station,The dryer comprised of cylinder body, cover, spindle nose and access hole cover. Connect cylinder cover with spindle nose with split bolt. Cylinder cover is structured into two layers.The dryer section has guide rolls paper roll, tension sensor, autoguide
