Pyrolysis process

1. Feed scrap tires into the reactor. After feeding, close the boot door, and seal it with bolts.

2. Heating. Heat the reactor, with coal, gas, or oil. That depends on your choice.
3. Reacting. With the temperature increases, oil components of waste tires will be evaporated to oil gas. The oil gas will automatically move out of the reactor, into the multiple stage separator, which will automatically separate the residue oil from oil gas. The residue oil will be collected in the residue oil tank. The oil gas will automatically go to the tube type condenser to cool. After cooling, oil gas will become liquid phase and received by the receiver.
4. Tail gas will go into the water seal tank, which is to collect the tail gas temporarily and safely. On the outlet of water seal tank, there is a flame arrester, to prevent the tail gas go back to the device. Finally tail gas will automatically go into the burning room, which is under the reactor, for heating the reactor.
5. The flue gas is purified by the strong atomization desulfurization tower. After removing the dust and sulfur from flue gas, finally the purified flue gas is discharged through the chimney.
6. Discharge carbon black.
