A1: 1. Payment terms: As general, TT 30% deposit after order confrmed, 70% balance paid
against BL, L/C also available.

Q2: Are you a factory or trading company?
A2: 1. We are factory and have 3 factories; we' v been in the market of logistic storage solutions
over 14 years. We design, manufacture racking by ourselves. Both of our Drawer Type Steel
Material Racking and Telescopic Cantilever Racking are the only initiative in China and are
widely used in the steel market and building materials market.
2. We are trading company; we are committed to provide customer with professional
automation, semi-automatic transportation, storage system design, logistics system planning
consulting, information systems development, automated logistics equipment, logistics and
distribution center system integration, logistics system maintenance and maintenance, supply
chain management and supporting services.
Q3: Do you have OEM products to sell?
A3: Yes, Both OEM and ODM are available.
Q4: Do you have the minimum order requirements?
A4: No. Any quantity and customized design is acceptable. But good quantity comes with good
price; we recommend the order quantity for regular products to ft at least one 20ft container,
which is about 15tons.
Q5: Are samples available?
A5: Yes. Short sections of samples can be provided for free, but the international transportation
will be at the customers' expense.
Q6: What's the delivery time?
A6: it depends on the order quantity and racking types. Generally speaking, for the standard pallet
racking, it will be within 20days.
Q7: How are you charge tooling fee (cost of opening new mold)?
A7: for the production of necessary tooling requirement. We charge the cost before the first order
for opening new mold, and the cost will be partially or fully refunded after certain quantity of
orders.
