1.What is the MOQ?
Generally the MOQ is 3,000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly.
2.Can we get the free sample ?
1. If we have stock then sample is free for you ,you just afford the express fee.
2. If customized product,product is free ,you need pay the platemaking fee and the express fee.But once final order confirmed, the plate making fee can be refunded according to the situation.
3. How long is the sample lead time?
For stock sample we can send out within three working days. If customized,it takes about 7 days ,according to your design.
4. How long is the production lead time?
It takes about 30 days for MOQ.Since we have complete equipment and sufficient production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5.What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is T/T 30% deposite and 70% against copy of B/L.
