What is your MOQ?
A: Usually our MOQ is 100pcs per item. But we accept lower quantity for your trial-order.

 Can I get samples?
A: Sure. We usually provide the existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when the order is up to a certain quantity. We usually send samples by
FedEx, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have card account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our account, we will ship with our account. It takes about 2- 4 days to reach.

How long is the sample lead time?
A: For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own designs,
it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we willrespond fast to your request.

How long is the production lead time?
A: It takes 10-15 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
A: We have our own designer in-house. So you can provide JPG, Al, cdr or PDF .etc.We will make3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.

How many colors are available?
A: We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.

What is your payment term?
A: Our normal payment term is 100% deposit after order signed for MOQ, payment term is TT 30% deposit after order signed and 70% against copy of B/L for large quantity.We also accept LC at sight.
