Warranty:

Each water feature has a five years warranty on defect parts including the Panel, Base, stone. Water distributor.

the re-circulating pump, and adaptor, light have one-year warranty. 

Delivery Time:

We do our best to provide high quality products in a timely manner. Delivery times for custom or personalized orders will be quoted individually.

How do you control the quality?

We have strict &effective QC system,We will do double inspection per order to make sure quality.The first QC check will be taken when 50%-60% of the production quantity is completed.The second inspection will be taken once production are 100% completed and 80% of packing are completed.QC will report for each shipment.

Do you also make customized design?

Yes,We have our own R&G DEPT.A professional team with rich experience in garden crafts designing and manufacturing.We need to charge for the OEM new mold.For the customer design,we keep exclusivity for the customers.

Are you sample free or need cost?

It depends on the products.For low value products(small deco),we will provide free sample and customer pay freight charge.For high value products(garden table,fountain,big decoration),we will charge for the samples.

How long can I get sample?

For normal products,it will cost 5-7 work days.For customize sample,it will cost around 10-15 days.
