QDX series stainless steel water pump:

Introduction:

QDX series stainless steel water pump is composed of three parts:pump body,mechanical sealer and single-phase asynchronous motor.The pump body is installed at the upside,the centrifugal type of the impeller.The single stage asynchronous motor is installed at the downside.Double sides between pump and motor are sealwe with mechanical seal,which is O-type oil resistant rubber sa stationary sealer.

Application:

QDX series small stainless steel  water pump adopt downside absorption structure and the mechanical double-layer sealer,with the characteristic of compact stucture,small volume,convenient usage,which have been widely applied in well pumping,rivering pumping,irrigation and drainage

in breeding industry, garden watering and hotel, canteen, high-rise building etc.

Working Conditions:

The  QDX series stainless steel water pump can work continually at the following condition:

1.Medium temperature is less than +40°C

2.Medium PH is between 6.5 to 8.5

3.Cubic ratio of impurity solid is less than 0.1%, and the granularity size less than 0.2mm

4.Submersible depth is not deeper than 5m

the Q means the Q series submersible pump

D means the single phase, three phase without D

X means pump part downside

3 means the rated float

18 means the rated head

0.55 meas the Motor power (kw)
