u Heat Exchanger: Made of stainless steel,two layers. The heat exchange rate reaches 85%.

u Heat Recycle System: Are recuperative, moisture is not recovered. The heat passes through thin plates, with recovery levels of up to 38%. The air streams are strictly separated, whenever solvents are used, the intake and exhaust streams have to be kept absolutely separate. That frequently makes the cross plate heat exchanger the perfect solution. The amortization period is short. Often less than two years.

u Lighting System: Ceiling light has 32 pcs of 15w LED LED lamps. Side light has 32 pcs of 15w LED LED lamps. 1200 Lux.

u Air Purification: Dual filtering structure. The primary filter is M pattern nonwoven filter bags. It can capture granules larger than 10μm. Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 5μm. The air cleanliness in the working environment can reaches 98%.

u Control System: Touch screen control, the system is composed of PLC, Converter, air pressure transducer and Snyder electronic components. Automation Intelligent control which can save 25% energy than normal system.

Q1. What is your terms of packing?

A: Generally, we pack our goods by thicker bubble paper, some of them are packed by carton.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: By T/T, 30% as deposit for production, and 70% balance before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: Normally our quotation is under FOB Guangzhou, but we also accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU. 

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 10 to 15 days after receiving full payment. If your voltage is different from 380V/3PH/50Hz, the delivery time will be around 20 days for custom-made motors or electric components.

A: Yes, we can produce by your technical drawings or requirements. We can make drawings for you.
