 Part 1: Spray Booth Description:

Wallboard: Sandwich style EPS (epispastics polystyrene) 50mm thickness. Colorful steel skin boards 0.476mm thickness. Galvanized steel roof panel.

Basement: Galvanized steel sheet and square steel pipe construction. 2 rows of grids with floor filter & 3 rows of checkered plates. Full ramps.

Door: 3 pcs of luxury front doors with 0.8mm thickness colorful steel skin. Size: 3000(w) x 2750(h). 1 pc of emergency door. Watching window with aluminum frame.

Air Circulation System: 1 x 7.5kw direct drive intake fan, 1x5.5kw direct drive exhaust fan. BELIMO 20N electric damper.

Burner: Italy RielloRG5S diesel burner, 260000Kcal/h. The heating time 4-5min(20-60^.C). Max. temperature at 80^.C. Fuel consumption is 5-6kg/vehicle.

Heat Exchanger: Made of stainless steel. The heat exchange rate reaches 85%.

Lighting System: Ceiling light has 32 pcs of 16w LED lamps. Side light has 16 pcs of 16w LED lamps. 900 Lux.

Air Purification: Dual filtering structure. The primary filter is M pattern nonwoven filter bags. It can capture granules larger than 10μm. Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 5μm. The air cleanliness in the working environment can reaches 98%.

Pollution Control System: Special configure with M pattern Active Carbon pocket Filter System.

Part 2(Option): Scissor Lifter Description:
1.Special for painting and repairing auto bodies,suitable for prep station,prep room,spray booth and other auto repair applications.
2. Workers can adjust the car height by this equipment to meet their requirement,reducing working  intensity and improving working efficiency. 
3. Driven by single oil cylinder,the equipment is moving together.
4. Arms can be hided,equipment height can be same as spray booth basement.
5. Pneumatic mechanical rack with self locking safety mechanism,safe and reliable.
6. The distance between car chassis and floor must be higher than 160mm.
7. The concrete thickness must be thicker than 200mm and the strength must be bigger than C25.
8. The tolerance of floor Flatness must be less than 5mm.
