Air Circulation System

Intake Fan                   (3 groups)

 2x4kw intake fan/per group; totally 6 units of 4kw intake fans. BELIMO 20N electric damper. Siemens technology production, large air volume and low noise. Air flow:72,000m3/h. The wire core of our fans is full cooper so our fans are very durable.

Exhaust Fan         (3 groups)

1x5.5kw exhaust fan/ per group, totally 3 units of 5.5kw exhaust fan. Multi-layer fiberglass filter. Siemens technology production, large air volume and low noise. Air flow:46,500m3/h.

     Air Pipe

Made of Galvanized steel sheet consisted of 4 pieces of straight pipe

750*750*1000, and 1piece of elbow. Air intake cabinet and air ducting for option.

Heating System

  Burner          (3 groups)

Original Italy RIELLO G20 diesel burner, 200,000Kcal/h per unit, total 3 units of burners and 600,000Kcal/h. Max temperature at 80°C.

Heat Exchanger

The heat exchange rate reaches 85%.Two layers to make our heating system safer and get higher heat exchange rate. What is more, we make two wings to make the temperature rise more quickly and save energy.      

Air make up cabinet

The surface plate is powder coated galvanized plate, antirust, strong and beautiful; The frame is treated by hot-dip, antirust and strong, more durable than ordinary surface treatment, more beautiful, nodes with no damage spot, rigidity. 

LED Lighting System

Light tube

Ceiling light has 18units×4pieces of 16w LED lamps. Side light has 22units×2pieces of 16kw LED lamps. Total 116pieces of 16w LED lamps. 900 Lux. 

Filtering System

Pre-filter

Grade G2 plate type fiber glass filter. Dual filtering structure. The 

pre-filter can capture granules larger than 10μm.

Ceiling filter

EU5 grade high efficient filter. Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 5μm.The air cleanliness in the working environment can reaches 98%.   

Ceiling filter support 

Made of tube steel frame, thickness of 1.2mm, epoxy powder coating, antirust and strong, rigid, beautiful and durable, can be repeated disassembly, not easy to damage, easy to replace filter cotton.

Function

Painting, constant temperature painting , drying, lighting, painting time and drying time setting ;emergency stop switch, failure indication, over-temperature alarm indication, especially with over-temperature and over-pressure alarm device. The electricity will be cut off once alarm devices alert. It makes our booth very safe.
