Artsoft Mach3 3/4/5/6 axis controller feature:

6. Dual-core high speed CPU(the frequency of the single-core can reach 204MHZ),has great redundancy processing capacity.it can promise 500KHz pulse output under 4-axis linkage motion,300KHz pulse output under 6-axis linkage motion,optional to connect stepper/servo motor.

7. Motion control buffer size can be set,so it can keep the fastest interpolation cycle and smoothly run,even under the too heavy of the computer,it can also keep the smoothly run.

1. USB magnetic decoupling isolation

Already integrate USB isolating circuit,unlike the ordinary Mach3 CNC controller does not have,if the anti-interference can not fit your project,it needs another external USB isolating board,not stable and also add cost.

2. High power isolation power supply module

24V DC to 5 V DC power isolation module,input voltage range 18 to 36 V DC, 5VDC 6w power output.It can also supply 4 W power output at least except the board system use up 1.5W.

4. Bidirectional Optocoupler isolation input

Use Bidirectional Optocoupler,it can be applied to both NPN and PNP type sensor inputs,welcome to the Electronic peer to check,this is real isolation,the ground layout is separated,No copper and go lines in the middle!Every inputs has LED indicator, convenient to debug and check.

5. NVRAM battery

NVRAM battery installed base,it can save mechanism coordinates and processing line number.

6. 4 Optocoupler isolation outputs

Isolating outputs,it can be applied in controlling the FWD/REV direction of the inverter and other strong interference control signals.

7. PWM isolating output with voltage select function

PWM adopt 10M high speed isolating Optocoupler, and there are 5V/10V analog voltage select function.

8. Spindle speed detecting function

10M high speed isolating Optocoupler as well,it can catch higher frequency pulse signal,and send this signal to the seeking for origin input,it can be applied in spindle thread tapping function.

9. Handwheel interface

The handwheel interface is independent,it does not occupy any inputs,the handwheel has independent Emergency Stop input IN17.

10. UEFI(General extension interface)

The general extension interface has RS232 and SPI interface,it will add external circuit as offline function.

11. AI analog signal input interface

2 analog signal inputs,it can connect one potentiometer to control the feedrate ratio and spindle speed ratio,it also can be used as detecting external sensors.
