La Rustichella was founded in 1986 on the intuition of Sergio Brugnoli, president of the company and a native of a symbolic place for the production and collection of the prized black truffle of central Italy: Norcia (Umbria).
Its managerial policy characterized by creativity, professional reliability and constant search for quality, has allowed the company to achieve increasingly ambitious and important objectives, to become a leader in the sector and proudly present on international markets, was also fundamental the collaboration and spirit of sacrifice of his wife and children who supported him with competence and enthusiasm.
The work we do has its roots in the ancient traditions of our country and of our family, the Brugnoli family, although it is challenging to follow those ancient teachings with honesty, passion and professionalism in respect of what mother nature gives us, we work daily to live in symbiosis with it, in a careful and scrupulous way.

The new company structure, inaugurated in 2008, includes a factory that, with its 2500 square meters, represents the most innovative and technological thing in the food sector and an elegant and refined showroom where you can get to know and taste the company's products.

Over time, with the increasingly imposing and important affirmation of the American market, Rustichella Truffles USA was born, where Francesca Brugnoli with a permanent plant in New York, organized a careful and meticulous door to door distribution to respond quickly and satisfactory to every request. Other markets of considerable importance are the European market and the Asian market, the latter continuously growing.
Every year trips are organized to visit our customers, meetings are held with chefs, events are organized and new menus are always studied where the jewel of each dish is undoubtedly the Truffle which is inserted in the different food cultures to enhance, with its decisive and intoxicating perfume for every type of dish.
