A: with boxes: boxes are free!  each pair put in one inner boxes, usually, 30 boxes in one big carton. outside is a weaved bag if necessary. 
B: without boxes: remove box, put one pair in one individal breathable poly bag ,usually, 50pairs in one big carton. outside is a weaved bag if necessary.  without boxes can save space!
