Double girder electric overhead traveling crane is mainly used in workshop, it has two working classes: A5 and A6 according to the use grade and load-up condition. There are three methods for entering the platform of cab: from the side, from the end and from the top.The cabin can be either fixed at the left end or at the right end. Crane power supply can be used with safety slip busbar or angle steel, the power supply system can be installed on the opposite side of the cabin or the same side. And all the operation of crane shall be finished in the cabin completely.
Characteristics of double girder electric overhead traveling crane:
1. Lifting mechanism reducer adopts ZQ soft-tooth reducer.
2. Traveling mechanism reducer: split type motor, brake, reducer.
3. Large-tonnage traveling mechanism assembly: bolt assembly and will adjust the installation error with adjustment shims.
4. Drum: Cast drum.
5. Wheels: cast wheels, corner box bolt assembly.
6. Trolley frame, main beam, end beam assembly using welded construction.
