We accep EXW,FOB, CFR, CIF, ect. You can choose the one which is the most convience and cost effeclive for you.
4. What if I have difficulty in using the instrument?
We will provide equipment operation manual, operation video and so on. We can also provide training through remote video call.
5. What about the leading time for production?
Honestly,it depends on the order qty and product item. For normal items, goods will be delivered within 3 working days. The transportation time is determined by the logistics company, and the general transportation time is 5-7 days.
6. How to deliver?
For most of our customers, we provide door-to-door service. You only need to go through the import customs clearance procedures and pay the import tariff.
7. How about the packing and will the goods be damaged?
We will do standard export packing for each equipment, so far there has been no damage to the goods.
