1. Are you manufacture?
Yes, we are manufacturer of AED cabinets, AED Trainer, CPR Card etc. We have R&D and production departments.
2. Do you have certificates?
Yes, we have CE certificate and test reports.
3. Can you provide OEM/ODM services?
Yes, customization is available.
4. What is your MOQ?
Our minimum order quantity is 50pcs. However if you accept our printing or neutral printing, small order is OK.
5. What is your delivery time?
Delivery time is 5-30 days, it depends on different products.
6.How to deal with the defective item?
Our factory guarantee 2 years warranty. If you have a defective item, after our factory receive your feedbacks with details & pictues, firstly our engineers will give suggestion or send spare parts to you, to try to fix the problem on your side. If you want to return, please contact us and return the items( pls with its original packaging and accessories ). We will refund the money to you when we get the return items or replace item for you.
