The Small Parts Counter ETAX-VY250 specifically designed to be used as a counter and automated bagging machines and is ideal for counting repeating batches from the same product types.

Embedded with the CCD vision bulk counting technology, the ETAX-VY250 small parts counter can count an unparalleled variety of small parts sized 2mm-50mm without the need for tooling when changing objects.

l What material can be counted?

The system is ideal for small, high-value objects produced by injection molding, metal lathing, and other intricate processes. Complex shaped objects, including open-shaped items, can be easily counted, making the ETAX-VY250 small parts counting machine an ideal system for the Aerospace, Defense, Medical, Electronic, Hardware, and other industries. 

The unique ability to count multiple objects in parallel results in counting speeds of up to 150 objects per second, delivering outputs as weight-based machines, while maintaining higher accuracy levels compared to traditional counters.

l It can do counting, labeling and packing.

The small objects counting machine ETAX-VY250be integrated with auto packing machine module, to be an integrated system for counting and packaging.

Alternative option is label printer to be integrated in the machine to save time and process for operator to put label on the bag.
