This Paper making machine can use waste paper produce writing paper, and it includes five main sections. They are Cylinder part, pressure on roller, dryer part, Reeling part and Drive and control part.
Main frame of equipments:
1) Round mesh part: two Φ 1000mm × 1400mm × 1900mm stainless steel
Two Φ 300 mm × 1400mm × 1900mm couch rolls, including one turning back roll, with glue coating hardness of 38 ℃± 2.
2) Press part: one Φ 350mm × 1400mm × 1900mm natural marble roller, one Φ 300mm × 1400mm × 1900mm rubber roller,
The hardness of coating is 92 ℃ ± 2, and it is a pneumatic pressure device.
3) Drying part: two Φ 1250mm × 1400mm × 1900mm alloy drying cylinders,
The first drying cylinder is equipped with one Φ 350 mm × 1400mm × 1900mm idler, with glue covered hardness of 92 ℃± 2 and pneumatic pressure device.
4) calendering section: 1 set of 3 roller calender.
5) paper rolling part: 1 paper rolling machine, paper rolling cold cylinder Φ 550mm × 1400mm × 1900mm.
