At first of all we wish good health to you and your family these days and hope you are healthy and fine.
We would like to give you a short information about our company and our product.
We manufactures high-quality recycled post-consumer (PCR) HDPE plastic regrind. We do not broker or trade low end, contaminated recycled plastic. Our extensive process is hands-on with an extraordinary amount of effort and care that goes into each and every box. We aim for zero returns and happy, productive customers. It all starts with single stream post-consumer (PCR) sourcing and our four-phase quality control and cleaning process, as shown below.
1) Post-consumer (PCR) High-Density Polyethylene Regrind (HDPE)
- Injection Grade (HDPE) Regrind:
MELT INDEX (ASTM D1238): 6.0
DENSITY (ASTM D1505): 0.960
COLOR: Mixed color to go Black
- Pipe Grade (HDPE) Regrind
MELT INDEX (ASTM D1238): 0.3 -0.5
DENSITY (ASTM D1505): 0.955
COLOR: Mixed color to go Black
- Rotational Molding (HDPE) Regrind
MELT INDEX (ASTM D1238): 3.5 - 4.5
DENSITY (ASTM D1505): 0.943
COLOR: Mixed color to go Black
2) Recycled High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Plastic Resin Pellets
we source single stream post-consumer (PCR) clean pipe and crate grade scrap. This allows us to manufacture a consistent quality product without the odors or contaminates associated with the average PCR that is on the market today.

Four-Phase Quality Control Procedures for Plastic Recycled Products.
PHASE 1:
It all starts with a consistent single stream postindustrial sourcing. Then each box is probed for foreign materials, paper and foaming agent.
PHASE 2:
A team member will take a probed sample from the top, middle and bottom section of each box. Our lab technicians then test the regrind in our certified melt index equipment to confirm the melt flow is accurate and to look for changing conditions in the resin that might surface once it has melted.
PHASE 3:
After passing the first two parts of our quality control procedures, the material is moved to the metal removing equipment. At this point, the regrind is dumped through a magnet system while being watched by our trained technicians for any strange looking material that could be hidden. If a foreign material is found, it is tested on our Perkin Elmer FT-IR spectrometer to confirm it is not a foreign resin and a melt index is performed to ensure consistency.
PHASE 4:
In this final stage of the process, the regrind is vacuumed into a Kice Aspiration System, where the fines and paper are removed from the regrind and is then packaged in a quality Gaylord box with a liner and a lid. The box is then weighed on a certified scale.
