QHSTONE has successfully applied the quality management system of international standard ISO 9001:2015, which is the foundation for the lasting development of QHSTONE. All products are strictly controlled by the Quality Control Department with modern laboratory equipments such as the British Malvern Mastersizer 3000E laser diffraction particle size analyser, the Konica Minolta CR-410 whiteness measurement chroma meter, the Ohaus MB45 moisture analyzer, etc.. Samples are taken and tested every two hours to ensure the high quality and uniform standard of CaCO3 powder production.

We always try to innovate the package of all sizes, better quality and design with automatic packing machine with high productivity that meets the highest packaging demand from our customers. Standard sizes of seaworthy standard packing in container: PP bag (25kgs/bag) or Jumbo bag (from 1100 to 1350 kg/jumbo bag depend on the particle size of CaCO3 powder).

All products are stored in our 2000m2 warehouse on pallets for high standard storage and maintenance; and seamless and safe transportation in and out of the factory.
